Edo Japanese Grill is set to open March 15 at 2780 W. Chandler Blvd., suite 6, in west Chandler, in the Lowe's Home Improvement shopping center between Loop 101 and Coronado Street.

The Canadian fast-casual franchise is making its U.S. debut in Chandler. It offers a made-to-order, customizable menu that includes signature teriyaki chicken, shaved beef bowls, freshly made poke bowls, customizable bento boxes, Tokyo fried chicken, bubble tea and hand-rolled fresh sushi.

The official March 15 grand opening includes the all-day special of teriyaki bowls — chicken, beef or vegetable — for $4.50 each.
