Keep Tempe Beautiful takes its cleanup effort to Kiwanis Park on Saturday when volunteers will pick up litter, pine cones and more.
There will be two shifts 7-8 a.m. and 8-9 a.m. July 15. Participants can stay for one or both, event organizers said.
Volunteers will meet at the park’s recreation center, 6111 S. All America Way, and are asked to bring water, sunscreen, hat and gloves for work that also will include raking sand areas and sweeping walks.
