Tempe reaches $92K settlement in W6, fire station conflict

The city of Tempe is settling a lawsuit with a local high-rise apartment building after claims of residents harassing the nearby fire station went to court.

Campus Apartments will pay the city of Tempe $92,500 as part of a settlement agreement brought about by residents, visitors and guests at West 6th apartments harassing the city’s Fire Station 6.

Tempe City Council approved the resolution at its July 27 council meeting on consent.
