The project will include dedicated bicycling facilities, street crossing treatments, lighting, landscaping, ADA and sidewalk improvements and other amenities.
A Zoom meeting will take place noon, Wednesday, April 19, followed by an in-person session on the same day from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Childsplay Theatre Company rehearsal hall, 900 S. Mitchell Drive.
“The improvements will provide a low-stress multi-modal route with links to major regional bicycle and pedestrian facilities, like the Western Canal Multi-use Path, realigning the current Handlebars BIKEiT route,” officials said in the release.
