Tempe company developing landmark light technology to slow COVID-19 spread

In the fight against coronavirus new light of hope emerges

In learning how to attack and eliminate the risk of contracting COVID-19, one Tempe company has been diligently working with its partners to eviscerate the virus through ultraviolet light technology.

UVC is a type of ultraviolet light that is useful for disinfection purposes. Purification, LLC has been using this type of technology for clients ranging from fire stations to restaurants for the past six months.

Nick Knudsen, founder of the company, has been working with UVC lights his entire life and as an engineer, he has continuously tried to improve upon this technology to help address community concerns.
