Tempe celebrates Fourth of July with entertainment, more at Diablo Stadium

Tempe will have a July 4th celebration with live music, food and a drone show complete with  a fireworks display.

The event will take place 5-10 p.m. July 4 at Tempe Diablo Stadium, 2200 W. Alameda Drive.

There will be water slides, bounce houses, face painting and balloon animals, all included with admission, according to a city release.

DJ Soloman, Casey Ryan and The Instant Classics will perform.

 Traditional baseball fare and beverages will be available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium.

 Guests can bring picnic blankets and grab a spot on the field or pick one of the general admission seats in the bowl to view the drone and fireworks show, the release stated.

Parking at the stadium is free.

Ticket information:

  • $10 in advance
    • Ages 13+ must purchase tickets online in advance before the day of the event to receive the discounted rate
  • $15 day of event
    • Tickets purchased online the day of the event, or at the door
  • Free for children 12 and under
    • Free admission included with a paid parent/guardian ticket

Purchase tickets online to reserve your spot in the event of a sellout, and save $5 per ticket.
