Tempe approves $10.2M contract for Kyrene water facility reactivation

Progress continues on the reactivation of Tempe’s Kyrene Water Reclamation Facility, with city council recently approving a $10.2 million construction contract for materials needed for the project

Tempe City Council awarded a construction manager-at-risk contract to PCL Construction during its Dec. 19 meeting as part of the reactivation of the Kyrene facility. Council voted to award the contract, passing in a 7-0 vote.

PCL was selected by a committee that reviewed potential firms, which identified PCL as the most qualified.
