Tempe affordable housing coalition nets $68K in revenue since January

Tempe Housing Authority reported in its latest quarterly update that the Tempe Coalition for Affordable Housing had a net revenue of over $68,000 since January in its work purchasing and managing permanently affordable properties for the city.

Created in 2018, the coalition regularly meets with Tempe City Council to discuss updates related to its work.

Currently, the 55 rental units owned by TCAH have a gross occupancy rate of 83%, with 40 being occupied, nine offline for improvements and six being used by partner agencies.
