A 15-year-old teenage boy has been indicted in connection with a June 2 shooting at Desert Sky mall that killed a 16-year-old and injured a 17-year-old, the Maricopa County Attorney’s office announced Thursday in a release.
Phoenix Police responded to a shots fired call inside the Desert Sky Mall in West Phoenix earlier this month, according to a release.
According to witnesses, the two victims were working at a kiosk selling hats and cologne when the defendant, identified as Guillermo Guzman, became aggressive and began to taunt the group before shooting at them.
