Tavalo at Cadence sign approved in Mesa

A special-use permit for a comprehensive sign plan for Tavalo at Cadence in Mesa was approved recently by the city’s board of adjustment.

The permit for 9410 E. Cadence Parkway in a planned community zoning district was approved in a 6-0 vote Jan. 5 by the Mesa Board of Adjustment, with Chris Jones absent.

Two detached signs along Cadence Parkway frontage are planned with each 8 feet tall, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said during a study session Jan. 5.
