Grammy-winning singer, songwriter and producer Syd will bring her newly announced North American tour to Phoenix for a Dec. 13 performance at The Van Buren.
The tour follows the release of Syd’s third solo album, “Beard,” which she co-produced and which features collaborations with Raphael Saadiq, Big Sean, Rodney Jerkins, James Fauntleroy, Van Hunt, Blu June and Jordan Ward. Syd is also a co-founder of the R&B collective The Internet and won a Grammy for co-writing Beyoncé’s “Plastic Off the Sofa” from the 2022 album “Renaissance.”
The North American run begins in Vancouver in November following Syd’s summer performances in the United Kingdom and Europe. Tickets for the Phoenix show will be available through a Citi cardmember presale beginning Sept. 16, followed by the general sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 18 here.
