Swedish metal’s MESHUGGAH planning Phoenix stop this spring

Band touring in support of latest album ‘Immutable’

Swedish metal band MESHUGGAH will return to North American stages this spring, including in Phoenix.

The combo will visit Arizona Financial Theatre downtown on Sunday, April 13. Joining them on this trek are fellow legendary acts Cannibal Corpse and Carcass.

The band’s latest album, “Immutable,” recorded at Sweetspot Studios in Sweden and mastered by Grammy-winning engineer Vlado Meller, features cuts like “The Abysmal Eye,” “I Am That Thirst,” and “Broken Cog.”

General ticket sales start at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at livenation.com.

The progressive metal band formed in 1987.
