The collision occurred about 12:30 a.m. June 7, and officers arrived to find Franco on the road and the SUV stopped nearby.
Preliminary information suggests Franco was crossing 43rd Avenue, outside of any crosswalk, and was struck by the SUV, which was heading north on 43rd Avenue, police said.

The collision occurred about 12:30 a.m. June 7, and officers arrived to find Franco on the road and the SUV stopped nearby.
Preliminary information suggests Franco was crossing 43rd Avenue, outside of any crosswalk, and was struck by the SUV, which was heading north on 43rd Avenue, police said.
The driver of the SUV was interviewed and showed no signs of impairment, police said.
