Suspect identified after shooting at local hospital

Scottsdale Police have identified a suspect in the shooting of a security guard at a local hospital March 2.

Police have identified the suspect as 30-year-old Maximillian B.D. Yanofsky.

Yanofsky was brought into the HonorHealth hospital near 90th Street and Shea Boulevard by a family member as a “potential patient,” according to a Scottsdale Police Department release.
