The Surprise Youth Council announced the opening of its recruitment process for new members.

The application process is open now for students currently in seventh through 11th grade.

An application and a short video are required to be considered. The deadline for submission is Monday, April 1.

This group of young individuals promotes civic engagement among youth in Surprise.
