Surprise wants pro/con arguments on bond questions

City hosting special election in November

Surprise residents wanting to sound off on the upcoming bond election questions can now do so.

The city wants arguments for and against the authorization of the issuance of $100 million in bonds that will be decided in a Nov. 7 special election.

Two questions to fund transportation and public safety projects will be on the ballot.
