Surprise wants input on housing survey

The city of Surprise is in the process of conducting a housing needs analysis and market demand study and is asking for resident feedback through a short survey about housing affordability, availability and other related topics.

The survey results will assist in informing the city on the housing issues facing residents and help lead discussions at future public stakeholder meetings intended to engage and educate residents on the results of the housing analysis.

The Surprise housing needs analysis and market demand study is being conducted by the Surprise Human Service and Community Vitality Department in partnership with Matrix Design Group, LLC.
