Surprise vaccine numbers up; COVID still slowing

The Arizona Department of Health Services reported the overall number of Surprise COVID-19 cases at 13,585 on April 15. Through that day, 45,330 Surprise area residents received at least one vaccine shot.
Here are the number of COVID-19 cases and vaccination totals for ZIP codes that include Surprise and some surrounding areas, according to the ADHS. The ADHS said more than 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient’s residence:
