Surprise to host Little Olympian Games for ages 3-5

The city of Surprise is putting a call out to young children who are ready to ignite the spirit of competition and fun at the upcoming Little Olympian Games.

Sierra Montana Park, 17680 W. Spring Lane, will host the event on Saturday, Feb. 24 for children ages 3 to 5. Scheduled times are 9 a.m. (age 3), 10:30 a.m. (age 4) and noon (age 5).

Contestants will have the chance to showcase their athletic talents in a series of engaging and inclusive activities specially curated for their age group. The event features activities such as a mini obstacle course, football toss, soccer, T-ball and basketball.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Registration is $10 for Surprise residents and $12 for non-residents. To register, head to surpriseaz.gov/SurpriseRec and click “Special Events and Programs” or call 623-222-2000 for information.
