The city of Surprise’s Human Services and Community Vitality Department is continuously seeking resources and partnerships to enhance the success of community members.
Their newest partnership with Fresh Start Women’s Foundation will help to empower women locally to thrive and achieve self-sufficiency.
Fresh Start Women’s Foundation offers free resources and one-on-one support to women age 18 and older through five key focus areas: 1) family stability, 2) health and well-being, 3) financial management, 4) education and training and 5) career advancement.
As part of this new partnership, women can connect directly with foundation staff from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays at the Surprise Resource Center, 12425 W. Bell Road.
Fresh Start Women’s Foundation has been serving in the Valley for more than 30 years by offering access and resources to help women achieve self-sufficiency and thrive in their communities.
Residents can learn about the vast array of resources and support available through this new partnership at Freshstartwomen.org.
