City to observe holiday on Nov. 10

Surprise to close offices for Veterans Day

City to observe holiday on Nov. 10

Due to the Veterans Day holiday, city of Surprise administrative offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10. 

Offices will reopen at normal hours on Monday, Nov. 13.

There is no change to the residential trash collection schedule. However, dropoff recycling will be closed on Saturday, Nov. 11.

All three Surprise libraries will have modified hours for the Veterans Day holiday on Nov. 10. Surprise Regional and Asante Libraries will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hollyhock will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All scheduled Parks and Recreation sports, open gym and classes will not be impacted by the city holiday on Nov. 10. However, all programming is canceled for Nov. 11.
