The Surprise Human Service and Community Vitality Department needs volunteers for its Day of Service event on Wednesday, June 14 at St. Mary’s Food Bank, 13050 W. Elm St.
Volunteers will assist with sorting bulk food items, creating food baskets and loading food into vehicles, helping in the process of providing food for families in need.
There are three shifts from which to choose: 7:30 to 10 a.m., 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. or noon to 2:30 p.m.

Groups are asked to submit a group name and estimated number of volunteers - limited to no more than 10 people.
