Surprise resident Dave Boucos recently got $50,000 as he was greeted with a gigantic-sized check, balloons plus all the fanfare and excitement that goes with winning the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes.
Just like you see on TV commercials, the PCH Prize Patrol pulled up to the house of an unsuspecting resident Oct. 20 to surprise the winner with the standard roses, balloons and, of course, a big check.
However, Boucos wasn’t home to see the momentous event, but his wife was. While she initially refused to answer the door, she eventually opened up to the Prize Patrol team.
