Surprise Residence Inn win top hotel award in Marriott chain

The Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix N/W Surprise in Surprise can celebrate as Marriott International Inc. presented the hotel with the award of Hotel of the Year for the second year in a row at the 2017 General Managers Conference in New Orleans.
In addition to the Hotel of the Year, the Residence Inn Surprise also won the Diamond Hotel Award and the breakfast staff received a Best Service Award.

Located at 16418 N. Bullard Ave., the 116-uite Residence Inn Surprise operates as a Marriott franchise, in Surprise. The all-suite Residence Inn Surprise offers its guests convenient access to Surprise Stadium, the Surprise Civic Center and Luke Air Force Base, with easy access to the Loop 303, Loop 101, and Interstate 10. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
