9/11

Surprise recalls 9/11 tragedy 25 years later

Residents remember personal moments from tragic day

Dilby James Ballesteros was 8,500 miles from New York City on 9/11 when terrorists flew two planes into the World Trade Center in New York, another into the Pentagon outside Washington, D.C., and a fourth into a Pennsylvania field.
