Surprise P&Z to hear rezoning for bungalows at Peoria, Sarival

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a zoning change to bring some multi-family rentals on the northeast corner of Peoria and Sarival avenues.

P&Z Commissioners will hear a presentation on a major zoning amendment to the Greer Ranch planned area development at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 17 at City Hall, 

Kyle Barchello of RVi Planning and Landscape Architecture is requesting the zoning change from commercial to residential high density to make way for the development of approximately 114 bungalow style rental units, called the Bungalows at Peoria and Sarival.

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a zoning change to bring some multi-family rentals on the northeast corner of Peoria and Sarival avenues.

Kyle Barchello of RVi Planning and Landscape Architecture is requesting the zoning change from commercial to residential high density to make way for the development of approximately 114 bungalow style rental units, called the Bungalows at Peoria and Sarival.

The proposed zoning amendment also establishes development standards for the proposed multi-family development.
