The Surprise City Council decision Feb. 15 to continue a vote on Surprise’s proposed property maintenance ordinance was not everything residents of rural far west Surprise wanted.
But those living north of the Sun Valley Parkway in western Surprise are thankful to have more opportunities to negotiate before the item returns to council April 19.
Surprise Community Development Director Chris Boyd stated in an email that staff will arrange to meet with residents in early March to better understand their concerns.
