Surprise police seek info on Wal-Mart shoplifter

Surprise police are seek the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a shoplifting suspect.

The incident occurred on Saturday, Feb. 25 shortly before 9 p.m., at a local Wal-Mart store located in the area of 13700 West Bell Road in Surprise.

During the incident, a white male suspect was observed shoplifting a suitcase and several electronic items worth approximately $1,000. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and black converse style shoes. Additionally the suspect was possibly seen entering a blue sedan with a possible California license plate before fleeing from the parking lot of the business.

Anyone with any information leading to the location or identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective Forbrook at 623-222-4182, or call 623-222-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be emailed to crimetips@surpriseaz.gov.
