Surprise planning commission recommends Dominium apartments site plan

Though legal challenges are seemingly done, Truman Ranch Marketplace’s controversial history led to the unusual step of a public hearing for a site plan presentation.

It made sense, given the controversy surrounding the project in the last two years.

The City Council does not vote on site plans. So approval by the planning commission on May 18 was the final step in this part of the process.
