The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a site plan for the Crossroads at Surprise industrial project at its next meeting.
Developers of the project, located north of Bell Road and west of Dysart Roard, want to build a nearly 115,000-square-foot facility on 7.31 acres of vacant land.
Lauren Proper Potter with Huellmantel and Affiliates is requesting an extension of the building’s maximum height of 35 feet for that zoning. The applicant is requesting a maximum of 45 feet with a proposed clear height of the building of 32 feet.
