Surprise offers refund policy for original spring training schedule
Fans can also exchange tickets for games on new schedule

The city of Surprise has offered a refund policy on tickets for the rescheduled spring training games.
Fans who purchased tickets to games under the original schedule will be refunded or credited based on the following Surprise Stadium ticket policies:
Individual game ticket buyers who purchased their tickets through an authorized Surprise Stadium outlet will automatically receive a full refund, including any applicable service fees, for any games originally scheduled between Feb. 26 through March 26 on the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Mini-plan ticket buyers will automatically receive a full refund for the value of their individual tickets for games originally scheduled from Feb. 26 through March 26 on the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Season ticket holders will be credited the full amount of the remaining ticket balance from March 18 to 26. Credits can be used for future games, or they can choose to get a full refund. Representatives from Surprise Stadium will be in contact with season ticket holders to review options.
Group ticket holders who have reservations for any games originally scheduled from Feb. 26 through March 26 will be offered the opportunity to select a new date in 2022 (pending availability) or will receive a full refund on the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Representatives from Surprise Stadium will be in contact with group leaders.
