Mountain Vista Ranch resident fighting against street's access access

For years, Sunrise Boulevard south of Bell Road has stopped in a dead end just north of the Mountain Vista Ranch community.

Mountain Vista Ranch resident Don Levy and some of his neighbors are trying to keep it that way — even if it may be too late.

The Surprise City Council last month agreed to a final plat of the Bungalows at Sarival project, which includes extending Sunrise through to Vista Ranch Road in Mountain Vista Ranch.
