Surprise meeting to focus on annexation, rezone of small strip

A neighborhood meeting has been scheduled regarding an annexation and rezone of a nearly five-acre parcel into the northern part of Surprise.

The proposed rezone of the parcel will be rural residential to high density residential for Sunrise Nursery Multi-Family Residential.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 17 at Asante Preparatory Academy, 23251 N. 166th Drive.

A neighborhood meeting has been scheduled regarding an annexation and rezone of a nearly five-acre parcel into the northern part of Surprise.
