The Surprise City Council will vote on bringing a general obligation bond to November's election at its next meeting, set for 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 16 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
The City Council at its last meeting indicated its support for a $100 million bond election in November to help pay for transportation and public safety projects.
A work session before the regular meeting at 4 p.m. will feature an update on the city's water resources.
