Surprise considers electronic billboard on Loop 303

P&Z approves one in proposed corridor

One sign of a growing city is development along a major highway.

Another sign is literally the addition of electronic billboards on that highway.

Surprise is possibly taking another crack at them along Loop 303 in the northern parts of the city.
