Surprise cake makers rising to the top

Mom-daughter team shows off talents on reality TV show

Danielle Lechuga has always been an artsy type, but it took awhile to realize her talent decorating baked items like cakes.

However, once the Surprise mother harnessed it a decade ago, she immediately became one of the top specialty cake decorators in the country.

“I started officially making cakes in 2013, before that I just kind of dabbled in it,” Danielle said.
