Surprise businesses play Santa for a day

Dillon’s hosts networking group’s gift to nearby kids

Sometimes Christmas wishes do come true.

For a group of 250 students of the Nadaburg and Morristown school districts, it certainly did this year thanks to the work of some Surprise business people and one big restaurant about 20 miles northwest of city.

Local businessman Raymond Grim, who’s also on the Surprise Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, led a group of locals who teamed up with Dillon’s KC BBQ in Morristown to bring a little extra holiday cheer to some kids who didn’t mind receiving some more.
