Surprise businesses now setting own rules on masks

Some ditch coverings, while others still require them

Owners at Richi’s Diner, 15609 W. Bell Road, aren’t taking any chances with safety right now.

Despite Gov. Doug Ducey lessening the restrictions on wearing face masks in public places, restaurants and other businesses still have the option to require masks in their establishments.
