Surprise business will move to Original Town Site

Shaughnessy Contracting Inc. plans relocation to Grand Avenue just north of Greenway

Piece by piece, one of the main gateways to Surprise is getting a facelift.

During its Jan. 6 meeting, the boyd unanimously approved the site plan for Shaughnessy Promenade on 40,625 square feet east of Dysart Road and south of Grand Avenue.

This L-shaped parcel wraps around the Circle K convenience store at 12707 W. Grand Ave. It will be the new home of Shaughnessy Contracting Inc., now based at 15331 W. Bell Road, Surprise.
