Support for ICE facility more widespread than you think

OPINION — Regarding your article “Anti-ICE group showing anger at city council,” dated April 29.

I’m not sure if the people that oppose ICE are against the ICE facility being placed “near” them or would like ICE to be eliminated as a government department.

I wonder what these American citizens would suggest would replace them? Would they be in favor of just opening our border to anyone that would like to enter, no matter their status or background?
