Apache Junction residents may know where the Arizona Motor Vehicles Department office is at Idaho Road and Superstition Boulevard, but tucked in the larger complex are Pinal County governmental offices for the District 5 supervisor, public health and other entities such as the clerk of the superior court, and adult and juvenile probation.
“Motor vehicles is probably the most traffic here, but they don’t realize that they actually rent that space from the county, that this is a county complex,” Pinal County District 5 Supervisor Jeff Serdy said during an open house April 29 to introduce area residents to resources at the Roy Hudson County Complex, 575 N. Idaho Road.
“We have a lot of other folks represented out here — all of the people who are in this complex — and I think you’re going to see the city of AJ will send some folks over too; and the food bank. I just want people to know what they have here,” he said.
