An entity tracing to National Retail Properties acquired the property for Super Star Car Wash at 4861 S. Val Vista Drive, Gilbert, for $5.13 million from an entity tracing to Super Star Car Wash on Nov. 9, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.
The transaction is part of a portfolio sale spanning two retail properties and totaling $11.11 million.
The 4,352-square-foot car wash is in one single-tenant building built 2019 on 1.20 acres
Super Star Car Wash began a 20-year a triple-net lease Nov. 8, which expires Nov. 8, 2043. The lease has up to four additional periods of five-year options.
