Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert will host a free sunrise yoga class with YOGIC S.L.A.Y.

All levels are welcome to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

This 45-minute class will take place on The Green. Attendees will need to bring their own mats and water bottles.
