Sunlit Chemical opens its doors in north Phoenix

A Taiwan semiconductor supplier opened its doors in north Phoenix this week, just down the street from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.

Sunlit Chemical opened its doors on Wednesday complete with a grand opening celebration that included Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs and Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego.

The first phase of the Phoenix plant is expected to create more than 50 local jobs by early 2025, according to a Greater Phoenix Economic Council press release.
