Sunburst Shutters industrial building planned at Val Vista, Thomas in Mesa

The Sunburst Shutters building is to be constructed within the north side of the 3400 to 3500 blocks of East Thomas Road.

The industrial building is to be constructed at 3336 E. Thomas Road.

A 27,790-square-foot Sunburst Shutters industrial building is to be constructed on 2 acres west of Val Vista Road on the north side of Thomas Road in Mesa.

The development’s look and landscaping were discussed Feb. 13 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Vice Chair Dane Astle was absent.

The site is currently vacant, Staff Planner Kwasi Abebrese said during the meeting.
