Sun City’s Vintage Vehicles Club slates fundraiser, car show

The Vintage Vehicles Club of Sun City is hosting a three-in-one fundraiser featuring a craft sale, bake sale and flea market 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday Nov. 4, in the parking lot at 99th Avenue and Greenway.

There will also be raffle tickets for a new ICON golf car to be given away at the club’s Spring Fling Car Show March 3 at the Sun Bowl. Contact Anne Bovo at 925-550-8687 or abchicdesign@yahoo.com for more information.

In addition, the club’s car show/cruise is 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Bell Recreation Center’s southeast parking lot.

The club, which has a restoration facility and experienced members who can teach newcomers how to operate equipment and advise on projects, also hosts pot luck dinners, a bowling night and other social events.
