Sun City’s oldest area sees mix of calls

Medical, property issues head in different directions

Sun City Phase I has a disproportionately high number of property complaints but a slightly disproportionately low number of medical calls from the Sun City Fire and Medical Department compared with the other two phases in Sun City.

Independent Newsmedia also submitted a records request to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office for the number of calls to service in Phase I and the city as a whole, but MCSO did not complete the request by deadline.
