Sun City West organization works for residents

PORA membership has value

Homeowners in Sun City West have an organization that works on behalf of the residents.

A yearly membership at the Property Owners and Residents Association costs $15 per single and $25 per household, but new residents of six months or less get a free 1-year membership.

Every first Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m., PORA officials meet with residents to cover the services available with a membership and also educate residents on what is done on the behalf of all homeowners.
