Sun City West residents often raise concerns with association officials, hoping to gain understanding on how specific areas operate.
With a labor shortage ongoing nationally, the Recreation Centers of Sun City West is also impacted. Katy O’Grady, Recreation Centers of Sun City West general services manager, said several resources are used including wage surveys in local and regional areas when it comes to setting pay the association's rates.
“Data gathered from these resources are used as one benchmark tool to compare our current wage grades and rates. The depth of our research can be a randomly drawn group of jobs or job groups and/or, targeted based on our own research and feedback from competitors’ job advertisements and applicants,” she said.
