For the past six years, members of the Sun City West Cyclists Club have donated bikes to underprivileged children to share their love of bikes and cycling.
The members will donate another 40 bikes and helmets to the Dysart Community Center, 14414 N. El Mirage Road, Thursday, Dec. 14. Last month, these members donated 18 bikes to the Surprise Police Department.
“This has been going on annually since 2017 and with this year’s donation we will bring the total donations to 183,” Club member Peggy Campbell said.
